Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

TERMS & CONDITIONS XNS COSMETICS✨
ORDER PROCESSING✨
At XNS COSMETICS, many of our items —including hand-poured candles, handmade soaps, skincare products, and custom blends— are produced in small batches, which may require additional crafting time.
Standard processing time is 3–8 business days, depending on product availability.
Handmade or made-to-order items may require an additional 7–15 business days for production before shipping.
Once your order is placed, you will receive:

-Shipping Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for standard orders must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Custom, handmade, or made-to-order items (including custom perfumes, candles, soaps, or skincare formulas) cannot be canceled once production has started.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and will follow our return policy.
PACKAGING✨
XNS COSMETICS ensures secure, careful packaging for every order.
Because our products may contain glass jars, natural materials, and handmade components, packaging design may vary based on availability.
Packaging is complimentary and is not considered part of the order value.
Returns will not be accepted due to packaging preferences.
RESTURNS &. EXCHANGES✨
Returns may be accepted for store credit only, and only after inspection and approval by XNS COSMETICS.
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The item has not been used, burned, or opened (for candles, soaps, or cosmetic products)
- It is returned in perfect condition
- It includes the original packaging
- The request is made within the timeframe stated in the confirmation email
Items marked Final Sale —including skincare, soaps, bath products, body care, perfumes, oils, custom candles, and handmade items— cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and production standards.
If a package fails to arrive due to a verified USPS error, a full refund may be issued once the claim is validated.

International Shipping & Duties
International shipping is available through DHL Express and USPS.
Delivery times and prices vary depending on country and carrier.
Customs duties, import taxes, and international fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
XNS COSMETICS is not responsible for delays due to customs, inspections, or international holiday closures.
INSPECTION & DAMAGE CLAIMS✨
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any damage, defect, or missing item must be reported within 48 hours, including clear photo evidence.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be approved.
SHIPPING DELAYS & LIABLITY✨
Estimated delivery times are guidelines and may vary.
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, XNS COSMETICS is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit.
Orders are fulfilled in the order received.
In rare circumstances of force majeure (extreme weather, customs delays, carrier strikes), XNS COSMETICS is not liable for missed delivery timelines.
SALES TAX✨
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
International customers may incur additional duties or import fees upon delivery; these are determined by each country’s customs office and are non-refundable.
